Texas Air Manufacturing is an established leader in the manufacture of structural components for the aerospace industry. The company was formed in 2001 by the original founder and former management team of HAC Inc.

Texas Air Manufacturing is a company with capabilities in most facets of metallic and composite honeycomb fabrication. In-house Quality Assurance, Engineering, Planning and Tooling Departments enable Texas Air Manufacturing to provide unparalleled flexibility in meeting and exceeding each customer’s unique requirements.

• Forming Press (48" x 96" & capable of 100 ton)


• Laminating Presses (18" x 18" & 24" X 24"; both capable of 3500 F and 100-PSI bond line pressure)


• Measuring Equipment (capable of tolerances to .000)


• Paint Booth (8' x 12')


• Small Parts Oven (1' x 2' & capable of 4500 F)


• TIG Welding Machine


• Vacuum Pump (15 hp)


• Walk in Freezer (8’ x 8’ x 12’ & capable of –15 F)
